Shipping Info
1. Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping normally 1-2 business days.
We ship with USPS, UPS, and urgent shipping with FedEx.Transit times may vary.
Standard Shipping for United States mostly in 3-6 business days. 5-8 business to Canada.
International shipping will be up to 7-15 business days.
We will do the best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
2. Discreet Shipping
We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box and a shipping label. Inside the box will be a packing list of the items you have ordered.
The packing list inside the box only shows the shipping information you fill out as you place the order. We do not put our company information or pricing on the packing list.
It is 100% secure shopping! Just place your order and wait until the little brown boring box arrived at your door, easy peasy.
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy
Please Note:    
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Provided the items have been tested and deemed defective, they may be sent back to us. However, we do not take back items simply because they did not sell, nor do we offer consignment, as we do not re-sell products.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us eva@nastylover.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email eva@nastylover.com, we will help you to solve the problems.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email eva@nastylover.com, we will send the return address to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
